Not only am I a Green Mom I am also an online marketer and entrepreneur. A few months ago, a business partner turned me on to this new company called Genewize and their Life Map Nutrition program. When starting out in network marketing, people often make the mistake of focusing on the product and compensation plan of their particular company.  Considering this is the direction that most MLM sponsors provide to their new distributors, it is this very advice that contributes to the high failure rate in the world of network marketing and MLM.

People do not buy into a network marketing company because the product is spectacular or the compensation plan is the most lucrative, they are buying a dream. You are selling dreams in this business, you are selling solutions to people problems, you are selling YOU. What it all comes down to is this -  you are the real product behind your company of choice.

You are selling your knowledge, ability and value to those seeking what you have: financial freedom, free time, less stress, no more 9 to 5, no more commute, boss or deadlines.  Whatever the case may be anyone looking to start a business from home is looking for a way out and they are looking to you to lead them in the right direction.

There area whole bunch of people out there with the same business opportunity, product and compensation plan. So what can you do to set yourself apart from all of those other people? If you find that you are struggling to answer these questions, ask for help. Find a few people who you feel would give you an honest and constructive answer. You may be surprised by what you’ll hear.
